BP-1000.

Important use instructions:

• What is the correct measuring position?
  
  Wrap the cuff around bare-skinned arm. The portion of the cuff where the connector comes out should be placed on the inner side of the arm (see image below). Pay attention that the cuff is not too tight. The cuff's lower edge should be approximately one inch from the crook of the arm.
  
  
  
  Also, ensure that the measuring site is at heart level (see image below).
  
  
  
  If the measuing site is higher or lower than heart level, the measure is affected. Don't press on the cuff, don't move or talk. Lay the arm on the table.

In case that error messages are displayed on the device, check the following table:

MESSAGE	CORRECTION
	The pressure measured was lower than 20 mmHg. Please measure again.
	The pressure measured was higher than 300 mmHg. Please measure again.
	Pumping error. Please check cuff and try again.
	The pressure can not be measured due to signal noise. Please measure again.
	The pumping pressure is higher than 300 mmHg. Please measure again.
or No display	Low battery. Check and replace the 4 batteries if necessary.

BP-500.

Important use instructions:

• What is the correct measuring position?
  
  The wrist-type blood pressure monitor can non be used like a wristwatch. The display should be placed on the palm side of the wrist (see image below). The cuff's upper edge should approximately 1 cm (0.39 inch) from the palm line.
  
  
  
  
  Also, ensure that the measuring site is at heart level (see image below).
  
  
  
  Don't press on the cuff, don't move or talk. Lay the arm on the case if necessary. The main cause of erroneous measures with wrist-type blood pressure monitors is the wrong measuring posture. If the measuing site is higher or lower than heart level, the measure is affected.

In case that error messages are displayed on the device, check the following table:
